The newsletter

The newsletter is free, so there's nothing to refund — just unsubscribe.

Digital guides

If a guide isn't what you hoped, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Problems and disputes

If a download link doesn't work or you were charged something you don't recognize, email us first — we can fix delivery problems and refund mistaken charges faster than a card dispute can. We respond to every message.
